I have designed and built more decks than I can count. (I also build sheds and bridges and other constructions, but decks are my main business.)

I work with your design criteria to create the best deck for you, scaling the design up or down based on your feedback and budget. I help you select the best lumber and composite building materials, the best railing and barrier options, and optional finishing touches like lighting and post caps.

Jon has done two jobs for us over the years, and I’d hire him again in a heartbeat if only we were still in the NW. He added an extensive wooden deck on one of our homes, and a pergola onto the back of another home. Both turned out great. Jon does high quality work and pays careful attention to the details. He finished when he said he would, he kept the sites tidy, and the costs were reasonable. In fact, if I remember correctly, at least one of our projects came out lower than he estimated. He also has good design sense, so we didn’t have to hire someone else to come up with the plans. Overall, we appreciated how smoothly our projects went and felt like we could trust Jon to get the work done right.

Jon built us a great deck!! We recently had to move to Oregon and wish he could build us a deck again, it is going to be hard to find the attention made to detail as Jon put into this deck. My neighbors loved it so much they had him build theirs also, and it was beautiful too. (Project photos.)
