SUNSET DECKS IS THE BEST… Jon Wetzel is one hell of a carpenter. He is not only good at what he does, he is also generous. Helping his fellow man comes natural to him.
Saving his clients money and utilizing the materials at hand. He is very creative..

Jon has done two jobs for us over the years, and I’d hire him again in a heartbeat if only we were still in the NW. He added an extensive wooden deck on one of our homes, and a pergola onto the back of another home. Both turned out great. Jon does high quality work and pays careful attention to the details. He finished when he said he would, he kept the sites tidy, and the costs were reasonable. In fact, if I remember correctly, at least one of our projects came out lower than he estimated. He also has good design sense, so we didn’t have to hire someone else to come up with the plans. Overall, we appreciated how smoothly our projects went and felt like we could trust Jon to get the work done right.

Jon built us a great deck!! We recently had to move to Oregon and wish he could build us a deck again, it is going to be hard to find the attention made to detail as Jon put into this deck. My neighbors loved it so much they had him build theirs also, and it was beautiful too. (Project photos.)

5 stars – Jon is a deck-building master. He produced a design and plan quickly with no upsell. He started the work on time. He even let me help with the demo and rebuild. He put up a trellis over my second floor deck and made it strong enough for me to attach cables to run canvas sunshades across. Best of all he kept the cost low! Way better than the other quotes I got. (Project photos.)
